What is emotional health coaching?

Using a technique called Emotional Processing, we identify an age and information that needs attention.   We revisit that age and identify negative belief systems.  Using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Psycho Neuro Immunology, we release the negative aspects and replace with positive aspects.

How do you identify an age?

We use Applied Kinesiology or muscle testing, to ask the body what age would be most relevant to the identified project.

Who benefits from this?

Everyone can benefit from this energy work.  It is helpful for children of all ages, teenagers and adults.

Why would I want to do it?

Having an awareness and identifying patterns and behaviors in your life that no longer seems to be working.........  Do you find yourself with behaviors that really don’t make sense?  Do you find yourself at an age regressed state (i.e. responding like a 5 year old)?  Is your marriage struggling? Do you have harsh judgements about the people in your life?  Do you feel like you are not enough and then spend energy trying to prove that you are? Are you unable to communicate your needs in a clear and honest way? 

I don’t know if I want to relive the past?

The truth is you already survived it.  Having a healthy perspective about your past and acknowledging that your past is a part of your greatness, part of who you are, rather than tethering your soul to the past with a story that holds you back.

What can I expect from a session?

In all honesty it depends on your willingness.  The more willing you are the more we can accomplish. 

We first determine a project, some examples are:

  • Stress relief
  • Communication, being able to communicate in an open and honest way
  • Self-esteem and self-worth
  • Finance and security
  • Relationship/Marriage
  • Boundaries
  • Parenting
  • Time management

We then use muscle testing to determine an age of decision that would be most beneficial to the project.  

Using the four step method we:

1 - Revisit the past trauma or experience.

2 - Acknowledge the negative emotions, pain, and/or toxic beliefs.

3 - Release negativity surrounding the experience.

4  - Renew your emotional wellbeing and increase the body’s flow of energy. 

Is this considered therapy?

No! This work can help support those in traditional therapy or counseling.  Processing in and of itself is not traditional counseling or therapy; it does not include diagnosing or prescribing of medications.  Instead, processing is associated with Psycho-Neuro-Immunology which is the science of how our thoughts and feelings affect our health.

How long is a session?

Most sessions last 1 - 1 1/2 hours.  Children’s sessions general take an hour or less.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients notice a difference in the first session.  The number of sessions depends on the client; how deep are you willing to go, and how much from the past are you willing to dig up.  Emotional work is done in layers, very much like peeling an onion back.   We remove it a layer at a time, until we expose the root of the belief system.

I don’t have any trauma in my past, I had a normal childhood.

It’s not what happened to us in our childhood, but rather what we decided about ourselves through the events and experiences in our childhood. Even the most innocent of circumstances, can create unhealthy belief systems.
