I was having a conversation with an acquaintance about how frustrated she was with the doctors inability to determine "what was wrong with her".  It seemed as if there where many possibilities as to what it was she was suffering from.  Most of course where along the lines of autoimmune diseases and with the treatment of steroids they "thought" they could help her to feel better.  We had both come to the conclusion that wow that really seems like a shot in the dark, no real diagnoses and a general treatment????  It sounded a little scary.

It had reminded me of a similar situation that I had encountered 5 or so years ago.  I had went to the doctor and had a whole bunch of tests ran.   Although I didn't really know what I was suffering from I did however know that something was definitely wrong.  When the test results came back they said you look to be a healthy women, so I guess your just fine.   Well fine I most definitely was not and I was not willing to just leave it at that.  So began my work into the world of emotional release.

Do you know that our thoughts and feelings affect our health?  This was something I had never heard before?   I had thought if you had a health problem it was a purely physical thing.  I had no idea that all my crazy thoughts where actually causing issues in my physical body.   Had I not found emotional release work I would have ended up in the same boat of autoimmune disease and the awful treatments.

It's interesting to look at an autoimmune disease.  It's actually the body or systems of the body that are trying to attack its self.  In the book Feelings Buried Alive Never Die... by Karol K. Truman she breaks down what certain "dis ease" means on an emotional level.

The Autoimmune system:

Laughing on the outside, but crying on the inside

Feels totally helpless

Have given up

Deep seeded/seated grief.

When we hold in our emotional issues the body encapsulates the pain and since it is something foreign to the body it makes sense that the body would try to attack it.

However if we are willing to work through emotional issues it is possible to actually experience better health.  Fast forward 5 years and I am not having any health concerns.  My body is healthy, I feel great and can say I am happier than I have ever been.

If you are not finding the peace and health you want in life I encourage you to make an appointment and lets work through it!  You deserve Health, Happiness and Peace.
